Collect and wash up pots and pans.
Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
Wash behind the hot line (oven, stove, fryers) to cut down on grease build up, which is a major fire hazard.
Brush the grill and clean the fryers.
Sweep and mop floors.
Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
Gather and empty trash and removed waste from premises to selected area.
Wash floor mats, walls and ceilings.
Must have experience of minimum 1 year.
Have a legible handwriting.
Personal hygiene practices a must.
Must have a positive work attitude and work well with people.
Generally, in an indoor setting.
Mainly night schedule.
