Night Cleaner

General Responsibilities:

  • Collect and wash up pots and pans.

  • Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.

  • Wash behind the hot line (oven, stove, fryers) to cut down on grease build up, which is a major fire hazard.

  • Brush the grill and clean the fryers.

  • Sweep and mop floors.

  • Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.

  • Gather and empty trash and removed waste from premises to selected area.

  • Wash floor mats, walls and ceilings.


  • Must have experience of minimum 1 year.

  • Have a legible handwriting.

  • Personal hygiene practices a must.

  • Must have a positive work attitude and work well with people.

  • Generally, in an indoor setting.

  • Mainly night schedule.

  • Constant standing and walking.
