Set up pasta station with required mise en place, tools, equipment and supplies according to standards.
Check production schedule and pars and establish priority items for the day.
Complete pasta prep list, other food preparations per direction of Chef.
Create different pastas according to Gianni’s Group recipes and standards.
Experiment and collaborate on new pastas to be sold.
Consistently check product and adjust methods to achieve high quality pasta.
Inform Chef of any product, materials or equipment needs.
Maintain a clean and sanitary food production area.
Support and assist your team whenever possible.
Assist in training new pasta makers as needed.
Attend all meetings and /or trainings sessions as required.
Perform other related activities as assigned by management.
HAVO diploma is required, more education and experience are generally preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting procedures and principles.
Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
High level of accuracy and efficiency.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Courteous, professional manner, strong customer service skills.
Computer literacy and strong typing skills, experience with accounting software may be required.
