Pasta Maker

General Responsibilities:

  • Set up pasta station with required mise en place, tools, equipment and supplies according to standards.

  • Check production schedule and pars and establish priority items for the day.

  • Complete pasta prep list, other food preparations per direction of Chef.

  • Create different pastas according to Gianni’s Group recipes and standards.

  • Experiment and collaborate on new pastas to be sold.

  • Consistently check product and adjust methods to achieve high quality pasta.

  • Inform Chef of any product, materials or equipment needs.

  • Maintain a clean and sanitary food production area.

  • Support and assist your team whenever possible.

  • Assist in training new pasta makers as needed.

  • Attend all meetings and /or trainings sessions as required.

  • Perform other related activities as assigned by management.


  • HAVO diploma is required, more education and experience are generally preferred.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting procedures and principles.

  • Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.

  • High level of accuracy and efficiency.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Courteous, professional manner, strong customer service skills.

  • Computer literacy and strong typing skills, experience with accounting software may be required.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Willingness to comply with all company and local financial regulations.
