General Responsibilities:

  • Ensure each customer receives outstanding service.

  • Greet customers as they enter the establishment.

  • Answer phone calls in a professional manner.

  • Deal with customers in a tactful and pleasant manner.

  • Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.

  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.

  • Monitor checkout stations to ensure that you have adequate cash available and that they are staffed appropriately.

  • Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and maintain all cash at registers.

  • Maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by establishment manager.

  • Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.

  • Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records.

  • Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions.


  • Experience of minimum 2 years.

  • Food handlers permit required (carchi berde).

  • English is a must; bilingual is a big plus.

  • Education: MAVO level.

  • Knowledge of Aloha POS system a must.

  • Knowledge of Revel POS system a must.

  • A commitment to service, excellence and customer satisfaction.

  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
