Pick-Up Waiter

General Responsibilities:

  • Serve food and drinks according to the standard of Gianni’s Group.

  • Know the menu items, including the specials and how they are prepared, both food and beverage.

  • Attend line up meeting and clarify any questions related to food and beverage service.

  • Ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Pay attention to attentive service.

  • Adhere to the standard operating procedures of the establishment at all times.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization.

  • Have full knowledge of specials of the day.

  • Ensure what your section is and coordinate.

  • Ensure the proper set up in your section.

  • Keep good communication with the kitchen and the bar.

  • Keep a very orderly work station during business hours.

  • Report all special request and guest complains to the supervisor and/or manager, regardless how small you think they are.


  • Must have experience of minimum 2 year.

  • English and Spanish a must; multilingual a plus.

  • Education: MAVO level.

  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays.

  • Food handlers permit required (carchi berde).

  • Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedure.
