General Responsibilities:
Serve food and drinks according to the standard of Gianni’s Group.
Know the menu items, including the specials and how they are prepared, both food and beverage.
Attend line up meeting and clarify any questions related to food and beverage service.
Ensure guest satisfaction.
Pay attention to attentive service.
Adhere to the standard operating procedures of the establishment at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization.
Have full knowledge of specials of the day.
Ensure what your section is and coordinate.
Ensure the proper set up in your section.
Keep good communication with the kitchen and the bar.
Keep a very orderly work station during business hours.
Report all special request and guest complains to the supervisor and/or manager, regardless how small you think they are.
Requirements:
Must have experience of minimum 2 year.
English and Spanish a must; multilingual a plus.
Education: MAVO level.
Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
Food handlers permit required (carchi berde).
Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedure.
